1. Scope and controller

This page provides privacy information for this website and for software published by Gabriel Sgroi that refers to this policy. It describes processing in general terms. Product pages and App Store listings may add practical detail about a particular product. They do not replace this policy.

The controller for processing carried out by the developer is:

Gabriel Sgroi
Charlottenstr. 47
73230 Kirchheim unter Teck
Germany
Email: hello@sgroi.ga
Telephone: +49 163 6985193

2. This website

When you request a page, the server receives technical connection information needed to deliver it. Depending on the hosting configuration, this can include your IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser and operating-system information, and a referrer where your browser sends one.

The purpose is to deliver the website, maintain security, and detect misuse. To the extent the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of operating a secure and reliable website.

The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, load advertising or analytics scripts, or embed third-party fonts. Product images and videos are served from this website. Help articles and their screenshots on the support page are loaded from the content host that stores those files. External links connect to their destination only when you follow them.

3. Support and email

If you contact the developer, the information in your message is processed to respond to your request. It may include your email address, your name if provided, message contents, technical details, and attachments you choose to send.

Processing relating to a contract or steps you request before entering a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General correspondence may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of responding to inquiries and providing support.

Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to handle the request, comply with applicable retention obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Please do not send passwords, authentication secrets, or recovery codes.

Support information may be processed by the email service used to deliver and store correspondence, or disclosed where required by law or necessary for legal claims.

4. Software

Software that refers to this policy is designed to provide its features on the device you use. Unless a product description or App Store disclosure states otherwise, configuration and content you create stay on that device. They are not uploaded to the developer as part of ordinary use.

The software does not use developer-operated advertising, tracking, or profiling. It does not sell personal data. Required access permissions are controlled by the operating system and by the authorization you grant.

Local data remains on your device until you change or remove it, reset the software, or remove the software and its associated local data. The developer does not hold a server-side copy of information that exists only on your device and generally cannot retrieve or delete it.

Other applications and services you open or use alongside the software operate under their own privacy practices.

5. Apple and the App Store

If you acquire or update software through the App Store, Apple may independently process account, device, purchase, download, and diagnostic information under its own terms. Apple may also provide developers with aggregated statistics or information made available through developer services. This is separate from locally stored app data.

See Apple’s privacy information. Other external services have their own policies when you use them.

6. Your rights

Where the developer processes your personal data, and subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Send requests about information held by the developer to hello@sgroi.ga. The developer cannot access local app data that has not been transmitted to them.

7. Changes and contact

This policy is updated when functionality, infrastructure, legal requirements, or data practices change. New data processing must be reflected here and in relevant App Store disclosures before it is introduced. The current policy will remain available at this shared URL.

For privacy questions, contact hello@sgroi.ga. Full provider information is available in the Imprint.
